Check-In & Check –Out is on a 24-Hour Basis. |

On Check-In, guests are handed over the keys to the Villa by the caretaker/manager. In turn, guests are requested to hand over the keys back to the caretaker/manager upon departure. If guests loose or do not return the key, they are obligated to pay a penalty fee of Rs.1000/-. |

Rooms are only to be used by the guests who are dully registered at the front office with a valid ID proof. |
|
ID proof is mandatory for all guests. Management reserves the right to deny admission in case guests fail to produce ID proof. |
|
Acceptable ID proofs – Aadhaar, Driving License, Passport, Voter ID, PAN, and Ration card/Smart Card. |
|
Additional ID Proof (Mandatory for Bachelors) – Company Work ID. |
|
The Homestay bears no responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings. In case of any loss, you are requested immediately to inform the caretaker/manager. |

Please secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the Villa during your period of stay. |
|
No pets allowed inside the Villa. |
|
WIFI Internet is free of cost. Kindly request the username & password details from the caretaker/manager on arrival if required. |
|
For the convenience of all our guests, we have provided ample vehicular parking inside the property. The Homestay takes no responsibility for any damage or loss of your vehicle on the parking. |
|
For any damage caused by the guests, the guest is due to cover the cost of damage at the front office. |
|
All extra accessories (beds, room heaters etc.) are provided to the guests on a chargeable basis on request. |
|
Breakfast is complementary. Other food items that are selected from the menu are chargeable. Lunch & Dinner menu are to be shared/ordered the day before. |
|
Payments are to be made in Local Indian Rupee (INR) Currency only. |
|
A Grace time of 1 Hour will be provided as extra from the check-out time. Beyond which, it will be considered as late departure and will be charged with 25% of the chosen Villa tariff. |

If during your stay, for whatever reason, you need to check out earlier, you are requested to inform the caretaker/manager 24 hours prior. Otherwise a full night stay will be charged. |
|
It is not allowed to take out the Homestay Inventory for outside personal purposes (pillows, blankets, towels, cutlery etc.) |

The car pick-up and drop-off services are chargeable based on the pick-up or drop-off location and is subject to availability of the driver & vehicle. |
